What is the purpose and legal basis for processing personal data?
Your data will be processed to allow registration and participation in conference. If you are also submitting lectures, your data also will be processed to collecting and grading proposals process for preparing conference agenda. Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to the realization of legal requirements tax, because is necessary for the administrator to fulfill his obligation.
All personal data will be processed on base of your consent in according to GDPR art. 6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but lack of them will prevents registration and participation in the event.
How long will personal data be processed?
Your personal data will be processed to the moment of termination our electronic services and for the time necessary in connection with legal requirements of tax law.
What are your rights related to personal data protection?
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisor, the right to request access from the administrator to your personal data, edit, deletion or limitation of processing. Administrator won't intend to use automated decision-making techniques, including profiling.
What are the consequences of not providing personal data or proving incorrect data?
Providing personal data is completely voluntary, but without them you will not be able to register and participate in the event. Without agreement to processing data for lecture proposal, you couldn't present your speech during conference.
